William Eidelman, MD
Friends, I’m sorry to report that I’ll be facing a Medical Board Hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge in Los Angeles on July 11, 12, and 13. I’m accused of violating “standard of care” in my issuing a cannabis letter to a 5 year old boy, 6 years ago! Being completely innocent, facing charges that go against the Medical Board’s own rules, knowing that the Board’s expert witnesses are witless (relative to the case, anyway), I am feeling confident.
There’s more I could say about it, but I don’t want to give away my case before the trial! ;~)
It’s a tragic story for the patient and the family. The Board says it’s job is protection of the public, and the Board is working with the cops to cause harm to the family and child. Not any real protection, if you ask the family.
Over the years, 20 years!, I’ve gone to court many times to defend my patients. If you’d like, you can come see me defend myself!
The hearing will be held at 320 W 4th Street, Rm 630 (corner of Hill Street, downtown Los Angeles), beginning at 9am on July 11, 12, and 13. You are welcome to come. There is no admission fee.
