We can heal ourselves naturally. In fact, it is natural for the body to heal itself. That’s what it does all the time.
Except sometimes it doesn’t, then we’re sick! So, either we must remove the cause of the problem, the block of the body healing itself, or we need to add support in the form of nutrients or energy to give the body what it needs to heal itself.
The good news, and the bad news, is that there are many, many different nutrients and energies that can help us to heal naturally. It’s good news, of course, because we can get well!
It’s bad news, because there are so many, it can be difficult to sort out what is the right nutrient/energy program for you, amid all the different potential options.
The situation is complicated, because of so many extraneous (to the healing process) factors. While most people want scientifically-backed evidence, many people can’t or don’t want to wait for the scientific studies.
Another issue is financial. Insurance doesn’t pay for natural approaches, and some can be costly or very costly. But one can heal oneself without spending much, in many cases. But healing oneself does take time and energy, more so if one is doing it on “the cheap.”
Toxins are everywhere in our modern life. They can’t be avoided totally, though we can minimize them. This requires education to know what and where the toxins are! Though the good news about the nutrients and energy fields/currents/pulses isn’t generally on the mainstream media, it is widely available on the internet. In fact, this information is exploding over the internet.
